Hope I never have to use these

I have not used the Fisherman’s Survival Card but they seem well made and are handy for EDC, as are all Readyman survival cards. They would do in a pinch and be sure not to forget to bring your fishing line!

Eating is surviving

With the fisherman's survival card my chance to feed myself in a bad situation just went up 100%. I may not be able to catch a record fish but at least I will be able to feed myself. I love the fact that I will be able to make lures with a flasher on them.

Caught fish!

I went to a local mountain stream where I am always able to catch fish easily just to try this card out. I fastened line to the smaller lure and wanted to see if I could catch one with a straight unbent blade. It took a few throws, but I caught one. I then bent the blade like a normal spoon and the action netted me several more fish. I think I’ll bring a video camera along next time. This was just hand lining it-no pole!
